So, who’s Bandy?

Bandy used to run around a bunch with Barista Bandits. Weddings, festivals, events, questionable amounts of coffee. It was a good time. But eventually, Bandy wanted somewhere to stay. So he got himself a place in Rotterdam.

A place of our own.

Not just somewhere to grab a coffee and disappear. Bandy is where good coffee, really good food and good people come together. Come for breakfast. Stay for another coffee. Order lunch because someone at the table next to you did and now you want it too. No rules, really. Just don’t expect a sad sandwich.

Coffee without the lecture.

We take coffee seriously. Ourselves? Less so. You don’t need to know the altitude your beans were grown at to order a flat white. But if you do want to talk coffee, we’re very happy to. Good beans. Good machines. People who know what they’re doing. Simple.

Food worth leaving the house for.

Food at Bandy isn’t something we added next to the coffee. It’s half the reason we’re here. Expect familiar things done properly, Mediterranean flavours, very good bread, seasonal specials and the occasional thing Bandy probably shouldn’t have put on the menu. Breakfast, lunch and whatever happens somewhere in between.

Stay a little.

Come alone. Bring a friend. Bring your laptop for a while. Bring the kids. Bring someone you’re trying to impress. There’s room.

Bandy was built to be the kind of place you can drop into for ten minutes and somehow still be there two hours later.

That’s usually a good sign.

As part of our floor team, you’re the face of Bandy. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and keep the vibe relaxed and welcoming. With your energy and eye for detail, you make sure everyone feels right at home the moment they walk through the door.
